Governance Safeguards

No unilateral decisions

Matters affecting the Association require discussion and a majority vote of the Executive Council or general membership.

Financial reports are maintained and made available to members upon reasonable request.

A member facing termination is entitled to notice, an opportunity to respond, a hearing, and an appeal.

Officers disclose personal or financial interests that could influence their judgment or decisions.
